1. What is the return policy for Kash5astore?

3. What are the delivery options and fees?

Same-Day Delivery:

12 PM – 5 PM (1 KD)

7 PM – 10 PM (1 KD)

Super Express Delivery: Starts from 2 KD, available for urgent deliveries.

If you need delivery outside the standard zones, contact us on WhatsApp to check availability.

4. Does every product come with a warranty?

Yes! All products have at least a 14-day warranty.

Electronics have a minimum 3-month warranty, with some products offering 6 months or 1 year, depending on the item.

If you need an extended warranty, you can contact us via WhatsApp for options.

5. How can I claim a warranty if my product has an issue?

If you experience any issues, bring your product to our showroom for inspection. We will check the item and either repair or replace it, depending on the warranty terms.

Warranty does not cover physical damage caused by accidents or misuse.

6. Do you offer pickup from your showroom?

Yes! You can pick up your order from our showroom in Hawally, Bin Khaldoun Street, Wathman Building, 4th Floor, Office 14.

Pickup is available during 10 AM - 2 PM & 5:30 PM - 9:30 PM.

Customers must confirm their pickup via WhatsApp before visiting.

7. How can I track my delivery?

Once your order is placed, you will receive the items during the time slot you selected (12 PM - 5 PM or 7 PM - 10 PM).

If you need delivery outside these hours, contact us via WhatsApp to check availability.

After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation message containing your order number and item details.

If you need delivery at a specific time, let us know via WhatsApp, and we will do our best to arrange it.

8. What happens if my order is delayed?

We always aim for on-time delivery, but if there’s a delay, our team will notify you.
